Office Assistant
Job Summary

- Temporary, Part Time Position available starting immediately - small, local brokerage specializing in Aviation Insurance.
- Office Assistant position, data entry and processing to assist Account Executives.
- This is not a remote position, you will be required to work on-site.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assisting with Data Entry using Google Sheets and Google Drive
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Process certificates / endorsements and send out mail as necessary
- Assist Owners and Account Executives as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior office experience required
- Insurance experience preferred but not required
- Experience with Google Docs / Sheets and/or Microsoft Word / Excel is required
- Strong typing skills required
- Strong writing, grammar, and proofreading skills required (may be asked to complete a proofreading exercise)
Job Type: Part-time – Max. 15 hours per week.
Salary: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Flexible, but must be within business hours of 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
Work Location: In person, office is located at intersection of North Cotner & Vine
