Seeking a highly motivated and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Quickbooks, accounts receivable and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail is a must.
** This is a full-time position in Clifton, NJ. Not remote. **
Job Description: Accounts Receivable
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Process accounts receivable.
2. Responsible for aging report, follow up and collection.
3. Perform various office/administrative duties.
4. Review, investigate and correct any errors or inconsistencies in the customer’s history.
5. Assist with returns, credits and bank deposits.
6. Assist with audits and reporting.
Requirements:
associate degree in accounting and / or finance preferred.
1. Accounting/Bookkeeping background with at least 15 years of experience.
2. Must be proficient in QuickBooks. Knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
3. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
4. Excellent communication and administrative skills
5. Must have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as with a team.
