Aero Service Group is looking for a Front of House Manager! We are looking for Front of House manager at our Stone Arch location (Terminal 1). Craft beer and Minnesota themed menu.
Our ideal candidate provides leadership, direction, and support to our front of house team!
Required Education and Experience
· Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a full-service restaurant
Preferred Education and Experience
· Industry Certifications such as ServSafe
· Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite
· Point of Sale experience
Essential Job Functions:
· Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate airport security badge.
· Background in people supervision, business management, communication and listening skills.
· Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, local alcohol and safety and security procedures.
· Strict adherence to Food Safety and Sanitation guidelines.
· Able to hear guests’ or staffs’ needs in the midst of loud background noises.
· Able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours.
· Able to reach, bend and wipe.
Duties (included but not limited to the following)
Leadership, People and Culture:
· Continually develops professional skills of self and staff.
· Works to an annual staff retention rate goal of 75%.
· Hires legally, responsibly, and according to Company Guidelines.
Product and Sales
· Understands a working knowledge of all recipes, products and production procedures.
· Maintain standards of food safety and sanitation are maintained.
Profitability
· Achieves Targeted Food Costs, Beverage Costs and Labor Costs
Administration
· Ensure all reports, schedules, documentation and invoices required by the Support Office are timely and accurate.
· Responsible for all FOH schedules being completed and posted on time according to company standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
