St. Paul restaurant seeking outgoing FOH manager to join our team. This position requires applicants who have excellent management skills and who want to work in a fun, safe and professional environment. 3-5 years front of house management experience necessary. Position is mostly daytime and weekend shifts, but will have some flexibility with schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Supervise and lead a team of staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers, address any concerns, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Manage inventory control to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Utilize Micros POS system efficiently to process orders and payments accurately.
- Implement and maintain high standards of food service management and kitchen management.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food preparation and service.
- Utilize hospitality management skills to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
- Handle any escalated situations with professionalism and efficiency, resolving conflicts effectively.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for continuous improvement in restaurant operations.
**Must be willing to work evening and weekend shifts with a set weekly schedule.
