The Website Product / Content Manager is responsible for maintaining, adding, and updating product information on the company’s website. This includes adding new products and product details, updating pricing, uploading images, and ensuring accurate and optimized product descriptions and relevant metadata for SEO. The role involves cross-referencing competitor part numbers and ensuring products are correctly categorized and entered into other website tools for easy navigation and searchability.
This position requires a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams like production, marketing, purchasing, web developers, and customer service. The ideal candidate will also stay updated on competitor trends and industry standards to ensure the website remains competitive and aligned with market demands, customer needs, online orders, and portals function correctly. This individual ensures the website and product pages are easily found and works closely with our Spare Parts and Product Support managers, attracting and engaging visitors in our target audiences.

Update Product Listings : Regularly add new products and update existing products to the website, ensuring that each product's details, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images, are accurate and complete.
Price Adjustments : Work with purchasing and Spare Parts Manager to regularly update product prices based on changes in costs, promotions, or competitor pricing.
Optimize Product Descriptions : Write clear and concise product descriptions with relevant keywords to improve search engine visibility.
Improve User Interface : Work with design teams and advertising agencies to improve product presentation and user navigation to enhance the online shopping experience.
Competitor Part Number Cross-Referencing : Maintain an updated list of competitor part numbers, cross-referencing them with the AERO product catalog to help customers identify compatible products. Work with relevant factory and sales team members to provide clear relevance to aircraft application data and databases.
Ensure Accuracy : Double-check that all product data is accurate and up to date.
Coordinate with Sales : Work closely with the Spare Parts Manager to ensure that promotions, discounts, and seasonal updates are reflected on the website.
