Job Overview:
We are searching for an analytical, enthusiastic individual to work on Military Hmmwv (humvee). As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
- Perform auto body repairs.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to assess damage and determine repair methods
- Repair or replace damaged components, such as fenders, doors, and bumpers
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming
- Mix paint colors to match vehicle specifications and apply paint using spray guns
- Buff and polish vehicles to achieve a smooth finish
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
-Sandblast parts to prepare for coating
-Cerakote, Powdercoat, and Bedliner application
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Auto body technician preferred
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and tools
- Proficiency in vehicle maintenance and detail work
- Familiarity with auto painting techniques and color matching
- Mechanical knowledge to perform related repairs
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Experience with Cerakote, Powdercoat, and/or Bed liner is a plus but not a requirement
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
