We are looking for a highly skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in disassembly, body prep, and panel replacement, as well as excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
**Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles to assess repair requirements
- Develop and implement repair plans to ensure efficient and accurate completion of work
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet production goals and deadlines
**Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in auto body repair
- ASE Certification(s) or equivalent experience
- ICAR Certification(s) or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with computerized estimating systems
