Mission description
This position will ensure the entirety of the NDT systems, methods and processes are maintained to ensure product and customer testing requirements are met. This position will ensure the integrity of the QMS is maintained through effective equipment maintenance, personnel certification and auditing of processes and instructions used throughout the QMS. This position will also support Quality Engineering activities to include product investigations, process and product audits, and corrective actions as required.
Education: BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience in related fields. Experience: Minimum 4-6 years' experience within the quality environment. Certification: Currently certified as an ASNT Level III of current NDT methods used onsite. Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office® programs, software used for operating NT equipment (including but not limited to TomoView, Inspection Ware & Imagen); and with MRP systems. Advanced Microsoft Word & Excel skills. Other Skills: Expert in all NDT systems operated at the facility. Proficient in reading and interpreting blue prints, models, process specifications and system procedures. Strong trouble shooting and communication skills. Advanced Spreadsheet building and Microsoft Office Skills. Proficient in programming methods for support of NDT robotic equipment.
