Job Summary:
The Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads through various marketing and sales strategies. This role combines sales tactics with marketing activities to build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring that the sales team has a steady flow of opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments. A key part of the daily role is following up with the customers and providing them information on where their units are currently at in our work cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchasing: Sourcing, Pricing, and Purchasing. This is the most important aspect to maintaining our times and margins. This is a time sensitive portion of the role that the company relies heavily on.
- Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective clients to introduce products or services, understand their needs, and qualify them as potential sales opportunities.
- Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture them through the sales pipeline, providing information, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by setting appointments, preparing proposals, and supporting closing efforts.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to track progress, identify trends, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Analytics: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role,
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
