The Opportunity
Within Aeroflow, the Mom and Baby team specializes in providing maternity related medical equipment billed to insurance for new and expectant mothers. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of projects for our Mom and Baby Billing team and ensuring it's on time, on schedule, and within scope.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for the coordination of assigned projects by creating, building, and updating project schedules, plans, and status reports.
- Prepares reporting to support process, ongoing prioritization, and related key performance indicators.
- Manage all project resources, including tracking progress, costs, and hours on tasks.
- Collaborate with management, billing specialists and other teams for execution of projects.
- Keep stakeholders informed and engaged, resolving issues, and ensure the team remains motivated.
- Creates and implements project organization and communication plans to ensure teams are working together efficiently to meet project objectives.
- Prepares and distributes meeting documentation and monitors action items.
- Facilitates and leads meetings by being well-prepared and adhering to topics.
- Enhance the ability to increase revenue through targeted claims analysis and identifying systematic errors that affect revenue or collections.
- Advise management on matters affecting claim operations and recommend possible enhancements.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
- Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance.
- Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- 2 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare, billing, or related industries.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, staying within scope, and delivering on schedule.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify systematic errors and propose solutions.
