Location: Asheville, NC - Full Time in Office Required

The Opportunity
At Aeroflow Health, the Sleep division is committed to providing exceptional support to patients who rely on CPAP therapy and sleep-related medical equipment. Our dedicated professionals all work together to ensure patients receive the care and supplies they need.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team—a motivated, compassionate individual with a passion for patient care. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, assisting with phone inquiries, administrative tasks, and order fulfillment to ensure they receive the necessary supplies to support their sleep health.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat ensuring outstanding customer service.
- Assist patients with orders, status updates, and basic equipment troubleshooting.
- Verify and update patient information, insurance details, and prescription requirements.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and billing teams to resolve patient concerns efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between medical offices, insurance providers, and patients to facilitate prescribed therapy.
- Educate patients on CPAP products, resupply programs, and therapy best practices.
- Analyze account data to assist with insurance, billing, and compliance questions.
- Schedule PAP deliveries and clinical appointments.
- Troubleshoot PAP machines, masks, and therapy to support patient adherence.
- Foster a cohesive team atmosphere within Aeroflow Sleep for better patient service.
- Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
- Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance
- Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality
- Other job duties assigned

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience (retail, call center, hospitality, or similar preferred but not required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with email, web browsing, and data entry
