Aeroflow Health- Document Management Specialist
The Opportunity
The Document Management Team focuses on orders, corresponding paperwork, and other documentation for all business units in the organization.
- The team focuses on operational facets that impact a customer’s direct experience with Aeroflow faxes and order intake.
- We support all departments at Aeroflow- Mom & Baby, Sleep, Urology and CGM. This gives us the opportunity to service all our customers in many different capacities.
- This team has a unique role supporting all of our business units for their document needs. We also strive to make the customer experience with faxes and order intake as seamless as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Order entry and data maintenance
- Enter new customer demographics and update changes to existing accounts
- Processing incoming communications in a timely and efficient manner. Including but not limited to orders, clinical documentation, billing correspondence, etc.
- Identifying priority orders and correspondence
- Utilizing critical thinking to address all incoming documentation
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness with all orders
- Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
- Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance
- Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality
- Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Exceptional verbal, written, listening and presentation communication skills
- Proven work history illustrating stability and reliability
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- A team first, collaborative attitude
- High School Diploma required
- 1 or more years of administrative experience
- Self-starter; ability to multitask, work independently and research as issues arise.
- Maintain professionalism with all outgoing communication
- Self-disciplined with excellent critical thinking and organizational skills
- Approachable, valued collaborators with excellent communication skills
