Core Responsibilities:
- System Administration & Optimization: Take ownership of the day-to-day management, configuration, and optimization of the Five9 platform to ensure it functions efficiently and aligns with business needs.
- Platform Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting issues within the Five9 platform, resolving them in a timely manner to minimize downtime and disruption to operations.
- Integration Management: Lead efforts to integrate the Five9 platform with other internal systems (CRM, ERP, etc.) to streamline processes and improve data flow.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyze performance data from the Five9 platform to ensure operational goals are met, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions as needed.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, IT, and operations, to ensure that the Five9 platform is serving the company’s broader goals.
- User Training & Support: Provide ongoing support and training to Business Unit leaders, ensuring they are fully equipped to leverage the platform’s capabilities effectively.
Qualifications:
- Five9 Expertise: Solid experience in managing or administering Five9 in a corporate environment, with a focus on troubleshooting and optimization.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring Five9 systems and troubleshooting issues, including integrations with other business platforms (CRM, ERP, etc.).
- Analytical Ability: Strong skills in using data to evaluate platform performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement actionable changes.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to troubleshooting issues, resolving system problems efficiently, and maintaining operational continuity.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure seamless integration and optimization of the Five9 platform.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while adhering to deadlines.
