What are the responsibilities and job description for the CRITICAL CARE FLIGHT PARAMEDIC position at Aeromedical and Marine Training and Rescue International?
Aeromedical and Marine organizes patients’ transfers worldwide by commercial flights or air ambulance from land or sea, covering all the demands of an acute secondary transfer, deferred secondary (hospital-to-hospital) or tertiary transfer from hospital-to-home.
The air ambulance service is clinically run by doctors and flight nurses, experienced intensive care experts, and who are also well-trained and qualified in aerospace medicine and emergency medicine.

In order to meet the growing demand from our clients we are strengthening our medical teams in the US.
We are recruiting a CRITICAL CARE FLIGHT PARAMEDIC in order to perform worldwide medical transfers.
Requirements:
PROFILE
- Flight experience
- Critical Care Transport experience.
PATIENT’S MEDICAL TRANSPORT RESPONSABILITIES
- Assessing patient’s file with medical direction
- Assure adequate medical equipment and oxygen
- Assess patient’s Fitness to fly and write preflight medical reports upon patient’s visit
- Perform patient’s transfer, medical and logistic assistance, continuous medical monitoring, ventilator management if necessary
- Permanent updating with base
- Complete post-transfer medical report and debriefing
QUALIFICATIONS
- FP-Certification, Flight Paramedic
- CCEMT-P, Critical Care Emergency Medical Transport
- 2 years’ experience as first responder EMS
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, PHTLS
- State License
