Business Data Analyst Residential New Construction

SUMMARY:

Aeroseal is looking for a Business Data Analyst that will assist us in our mission. This role will be responsible for all aspects of customer and market data analysis for the Residential New Construction (RNC) business unit.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Data Analytics/Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably with customer and market data
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Salesforce and database software a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information to all levels of management
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and project management is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Business Data Analysis:
• Develop and maintain customer and market related business models to support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyze customer and market business results, identify trends, and provide insights to business leaders for decision-making.
• Develop and maintain customer and market related dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility into business performance.
• Business Support:
• Serve as a partner to RNC leaders, providing customer and market insights and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.
• Support strategic initiatives by providing analysis and scenario modeling.
• Implement best practices and streamline reporting and analysis processes.
• Assist with ad-hoc analyses and special projects as required.

The estimated pay range for this role is $75,000-90,000. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and job location. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
