Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in quality control principles, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as SolidWorks. Additionally, experience with ERP systems, specifically Epicor Vista, is preferred. You should also have a solid understanding of AS9100/ISO approvals and quality requirements. A working knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T is beneficial, but not mandatory.
- Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or 3-5 years' experience in a quality hands-on role preferred
- Able to stand/sit for extended periods; physically able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds
