What are the responsibilities and job description for the Information Technology Part-Time Associate/ Entry Level position at AeroSpec Inc?
This position serves as an excellent experience buildering and on-boarding career at one of the southwest’s largest OEM equipment manufactures. You’ll be responsible for Level 1 Help Desk Support as well as the opportunity to interact with various departments, software applications and build a skillset of a well-rounded IT associate in networking, security, Hyper-V and VEEAM.

Position Overview
- Assist with day-to-day maintenance of PC, laptops, printers, software applications, etc.
- Exposure to networking principles, cybersecurity, physical security, and much more.
- Assist our 3D Printing/Rapid Prototype efforts including printing and maintenance of equipment
- Act as a knowledgebase on our main software applications including Microsoft 365, SolidWorks, Document Management, CRM and ERP and general Windows Desktop and Windows Server Knowledge
- Assist in day-to-day workflow and document management within the Document Control System.
- Growth and promotion opportunities within the Information Technology Department including industry certifications and training.
- Part-Time, hourly position with a flexible schedule; perfect for students

- Working Knowledge of Windows-based Servers and PCs a must
