ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and coordinate IT projects at school sites, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to achieve project objectives and support technology initiatives.
- Manage and support IT systems and inventory across school sites to maintain operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary contact for IT vendors within the scope of school sites, facilitating smooth implementation and support of technology solutions.
- Administer user accounts and permissions, ensuring appropriate access and system security.
- Provide technical support and assistance to the District Office when needed, addressing IT-related issues.
- Assist the Help Desk team by resolving tasks and tickets related to school site operations.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards due to access to sensitive information, including user accounts and personally identifiable information (PII).
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency with current versions of Windows operating systems and server environments.
- Experience in inventory management and project coordination.
- A and NET certifications are a plus.
