What are the responsibilities and job description for the Final Assembler/Welder position at Aerotek?
NOW HIRING Welders, Forklift Operators, and Final Assemblers in the Cedar Rapids, IA area!
Final Assembly Duties:
- wiring lights onto the trailers
- hooking up hydraulic hoses
- assembling final parts
- may be asked to assist in various areas
- standing on feet for 8 hours/day
- lifting up to 50 lbs
- climbing on work platforms
- Automotive background is a HUGE plus!
Welder Duties:
- MIG welding on steel frames
- Welding with aluminum on feed trailers
- Working independently
Forklift Operator Duties:
- Drive sit down forklift
- Move material in the yard
- Forklift certified
