JOB OVERVIEW:

Efficiently unload and load Amazon packages from freight trucks to cargo containers for plane transportation. Assembling the packages inside of the cargo container to maximize space and fit maximum packages.

This facility is located at the Stockton Airport

SHIFT:

Part-time Weekend Schedule

Friday - Sunday OR Saturday -Monday

2:00pm -10:30pm

OR

1:30am – 10:00am

PAY:

$17.50/hr Starting

($17.75/hr after 3 months THEN $18.00/hr after 6 months)

JOB DUTIES:

• Unload and load Amazon packages onto cargo containers from trucks. Trucks will come in and amazon packages will already be loaded on carts.
• Break down and remove packages from the carts and load them into cargo containers for airline transportation.
• Assemble items “Tetris style” to maximize package occupancy in cargo container.
• Small boxes and mail will be put into larger bags then put on the cargo container.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using scanning and tracking systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Reliable transportation (at Stockton Airport - NO public trans)
• Great attendance (they have a strict attendance policy)
• Must be willing to submit to a Drug test and Background check

***Must have steel toed boots that cover ankle***
