Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter, with restaurant and or hospitality experience, to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Human Resources team, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growth and success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, with a proven track record of leveraging various recruitment tools and strategies to fill operations, corporate support, executive and technical roles.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage with passive and active candidates using various recruitment methods, including cold calling and social media.
- Utilize our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR technology platforms to manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer extension.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop job descriptions that align with business objectives.
- Conduct pre-interview screening and interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate applications, interviews, and hiring outcomes.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase the quality and quantity of applicants.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
- Proven ability to source and attract top talent using cold calling, social media, and other recruitment methods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve recruitment goals.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Experience with HR technology platforms, including ATS and HRIS systems.
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and develop strategies to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address recruitment challenges.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
