POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the design, develop, and overseeing the implementation of our enterprise resource planning systems. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding business analysts, functional consultants, and IT leadershipto ensure our ERP solutions align with business objectives and drive overall organizational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop a roadmap for ERP solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Provide technical direction and architectural oversight to ensure high-quality design and implementation of ERP modules and integrations.
- Lead the end-to-end design and configuration of ERP functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and third-party applications.
- Oversee data migration, system testing, and user acceptance processes to guarantee successful implementation and adoption.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for ERP best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams on ERP-related architectural principles and development standards.
- Define, implement, and enforce ERP governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate system changes and updates effectively to business and technical stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance for key users and leadership teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Education, Experience & Training:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Experience and industry relevant certifications are acceptable in lieu of degree.)
- 7 years of experience in enterprise technology roles, including at least 3 years in an ERP-focused architect position.
- Proven track record with one or more major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or Infor).
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration concepts (APIs, middleware, ETL, etc.) and cloud-based architectures.
- Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- ERP-related certifications preferred (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate, Oracle Certified Professional).
- Project Management certifications preferred (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent.
