Summary
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be a vital part of our healthcare team, utilizing your core skills in medical administrative support and office experience to ensure seamless patient care coordination. The role of the patient care coordinate (PCC) is both a administrative position and a sales position. The PCC is a vital role in the success of any surgeons practice. This role requires someone who is a self starter / go getter.

What you'll be doing:
- Maintain and coordinate the surgeons’ schedules and scheduling patterns.
- Review clinic schedules prior to day to set up the following day for success.
- Communicate with surgeons & medical team any problems
- Call all consults to remind them of appointment and ensure they have completed their online forms
- Begin to build a report with consultation patients to improve flow of the actual consult and ultimately improve sign up rate.
- Consult patients: greet new patients, providing them with information on the surgeon, guide the patient & surgeon through the consultation, provide patient with quote, and in general promote the surgeon and the practice.
- Follow up with patients after consultation. Developing a system of organization to maximize the potential for signing patients up for surgery.
- Schedule surgeries correctly per practice protocols AND ensuring all patients are paid in full prior to surgery.
- Assist the office with marketing efforts
