Aesthetic Center of New Jersey is quickly expanding and has an opening for a full time Customer Service Concierge. As a Customer Service Concierge, you are an integral part of the patient journey with a primary focus on delivering service excellence. You will welcome patients both in-center and via phone, convert phone and text message inquiries into booked appointments, answer questions and educate patients, and track the journey of each patient to ensure an unparalleled experience. You will also perform limited administrative and transactional duties, to support your client experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone inquiries relating to services offered in a polished, professional, and upscale manner.
- Convert phone and text message leads into booked appointments/consultations.
- Answer questions and educate patients regarding treatments and technologies in detail.
- Follow up with leads, consultations, and treated patients.
- Track each patient journey in detail to optimize the patient experience and outcomes.
- Promote programs including memberships, loyalty programs, skincare products, and more.
- Assist guests and accommodate their requests.
- Greet, check in, and check out patients and guests as needed.
- Schedule appointments in-person and by phone or email.
- Keep accurate records and maintain an organized environment.
- Communicate with employees, providers, and management to optimize customer service and ensure smooth operation of the aesthetic center.
Requirements & Skills
- Candidates should have experience working in high-end/luxury retail settings.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong sales and customer service ability.
- Bonus points for experience working in a medspa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting.
- Must be interested in learning about and educating patients about aesthetics.
Note: Compensation is flexible and commensurate with relevant skills and experience.

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
