Naples aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery practice with highest standards of quality and commitment to patient satisfaction is seeking a patient coordinator/liaison to assist in surgical coordinating and provide superb customer service to our patients.
Job entails greeting and interacting with patients, advise those considering procedures about fees, and schedule surgeries. You must be personable and enthusiastic, as well as conscientious and highly attentive to detail. Excellent writing, verbal and communication skills and computer proficiency are essential. Prior experience at an aesthetic practice catering to sophisticated clientele, experience in marketing or customer service are a plus.

Duties include:
- Meet with patients, provide information on procedures and services
- Answer telephone calls and email inquiries
- Follow-up on inquiries from prospective patients
- Schedule office consultations, appointments, and surgeries
- surgery scheduling, create quotes / invoices, and collect all fees
- Assist with practice marketing including social media marketing
- Work alongside physician in patient consults.
- Manage Schedule
- Promotional programs, social media, etc.
