As our Client Service Liasion / Operations specialist , you would be our main point of contact for our clients and sales representatives.

Your daily jobs duties would include, but not limited to:

  • Answering emails and phone calls. You will be the liaison between our clients, sales representatives and suppliers.
  • Processing and following through with all purchase orders and shipments, through our operating system.
  • Maintaining record keeping for all orders and reserves.

This position requires

  • Solid computer skills, knowledge of Outlook email, spreadsheets,
  • Impeccable attention to detail, strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This is a 6 month contract to hire full time position.

About Us

Aesthetics Wallcoverings was founded in 2015. We are to the trade only, we work only with the Interior Design Industry through our representative showrooms and outside sales representatives. Our products consist of the high end wallcoverings made of various textiles, natural materials and vinyls.

We have a rapidly growing presence in the Interior Design Industry, as a small company we put a lot of focus on providing personal service to our clients with attention to detail with every inquiry. We focus on high quality products and excellent service. s

Essential Duties and Tasks:

  • Address all inbound telephone calls and emails quickly, professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide a complete array of client support services, including, but not limited to, stock checks, lead times, tracking information, pricing and product information.
  • Perform all data entry and order processing functions accurately and efficiently.
  • Processing purchase order payments, submitting purchase orders and following up with shipping update, tracking to our clients.
  • Keep records of all daily activity, orders, sales, sample request etc. through our operating system.
  • Review open order status daily.
  • Ensure any client issues are investigated, resolved and documented.
  • Updating spreadsheets daily with customer specific or internal specific data as required (sales order #, ship dates, delivery dates, commissions reports etc)
  • Knowledge of UPS, USPS and Fedex websites and coordinating freight pickups and package.

Requirements

  • A great, positive attitude, strong work ethic
  • Must be very detailed oriented and punctual
  • Solid Computer knowledge
  • Proficient in MS Office 365, Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Impeccable organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-tasks, prioritizing and completing all daily task and able to problem solve.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work well independently and quickly with a high level of accuracy
  • Managing multiple accounts
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and switch gears quickly
  • Take extra mile to engage clients
  • Willingness to help the business grow and succeed
  • Enjoy working with a small team in a decidedly non-corporate environment

Experience in customer service, order processing in wholesale industry is preferred but not required.

Compensation:

Minimum starting annual pay is $58,000

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
