About the Opportunity
NEPCG Is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Liaison to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in managing relationships with our current clients and prospects, acting as the main point of contact for all client service and sales support needs. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who is comfortable interacting with senior-level clients, highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, ensuring seamless communication throughout the sales and servicing processes.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and back-office servicing teams, ensuring that client needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Work closely with senior advisors to execute action items from client meetings, ensuring timely follow-up and attention to detail.
- Manage communication between clients and carriers during the insurance underwriting process, with a focus on ensuring quick turnaround times and transparent communication.
- Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure accurate and efficient client outreach and servicing.
- Capture and monitor client servicing tasks using workflow management tools like Monday.com.
- Occasionally assist clients with completing insurance and investment paperwork.

Required Qualifications:
- Superior written and verbal communication skills

Education, Training & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experienced in client service, preferably within the finance sector.
- Knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
