Essential Functions
The following responsibilities are key to the this role and illustrate the primary duties required:
- Client Interaction: Greet all clients with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring their experience starts on a positive note.
- Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and check in appointments while assisting clients with service selections and booking inquiries.
- Service Guidance: Provide detailed and knowledgeable answers about spa services, procedures, and product offerings.
- Facility Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all Medispa features, services, hours of operation, and promotional offerings.
- Client Support: Assist clients with check-in and check-out processes, address special requests promptly and courteously, and handle any complaints or concerns effectively.
- Operational Support: Ensure workstations are stocked with appropriate supplies and that the spa environment is maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and organization.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Client Experience: Monitor client satisfaction and proactively seek opportunities to enhance their visit.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support spa operations and goals.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
- Computer knowledge is expected.
- Must be dependable and flexible with schedule changes, cancellations, and additions.
- Must be capable of organizing and scheduling personnel and tasks.
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
