Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Installation Manager to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Our installation Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the installation process
- Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and supervising installation teams to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality installations that meet customer expectations and company standards
- Accountable for maximizing customer satisfaction
- People are at the center of our solutions
- The customer relationship is our first priority because it’s where we make the greatest difference for the people we serve
- We provide effortless customer experiences and superior service to empower customer achievement because we know that earning a customer’s trust takes a long time and only minutes to lose
- Identifies opportunities for improvement including installation methods to improve profitability and quality
- Works closely with the Project Manager to plan and schedule installations; makes recommendations regarding potential changes in scope, and identifies ways to continuously improve customer satisfaction
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required
- High school diploma
- 7 years of proven experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting security systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management
- Focus on customer satisfaction and building strong relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., NICET, PSA) are highly valued and DCJS is highly preferred
