Brand new health club on the Main Line is seeking a full-time Senior Membership Consultant. A Senior Membership Consultant with AFC is a vital part of the AFC sales force!
As a Senior Membership Consultant, you will join the AFC sales team and become a contributing factor to the sales goals set by our General Manager and COO. You will be performing the day to day functions of a highly productive senior sales advisor, as well as having a concentrated focus on team and sales budget management. Once you have established a successful track record of individual success and leadership, you will be put in a position to lead your own team.
Applicant must have experience and excellent communication skills : written and oral, as well as strong leadership abilities. Marketing experience required. Must have worked and demonstrated success in a high volume sales environment. Base salary, substantial commission and bonuses & excellent benefit package.

Requirements :
At least 3 years sales experience, possess strong interpersonal skills and always stay customer focused. Schedule based on business need. Marketing and community outreach required. Experience in the fitness industry is preferred.
