Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outbound Call Sales Representative at AFC Industries PA. The role involves conducting outbound sales calls, generating leads, and using strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our ergonomic furniture solutions and value proposition.
• Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide tailored recommendations to generate interest in our products.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments or demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and call quotas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies and ensure campaign success.
• Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitors to provide accurate information to customers.
• Handle objections professionally and work towards converting prospects into loyal customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferably in manufacturing or ergonomic furniture) with a proven track record of success.
• Lead Generation skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities, especially through email and over the phone.
• Strong ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
• Proficient in CRM software, such as Sales Logix, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of ergonomic products and solutions is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• High level of energy, enthusiasm, and resilience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
