We are currently hiring an individual for our Benefits Department located on site in Mountain Top, PA.

START IMMEDIATELY!

Looking for a motivated candidate possessing excellent phone, computer and organization skills and is GOAL DRIVEN!

  • 20.00 per hour commission
  • full time eligible employees are eligible to receive health insurance, 401k and ancillary benefits

SCHEDULE :

  • Full time (40 hr work week) Day time hours - shifts vary
  • position will be located in our Mountain Top office on site or HYBRID for right individual
  • full training provided

    • DETAILS :

  • You will  reach out to businesses for companies primarily between 5 -500 in North eastern and Central PA to discuss their health insurance needs (also ancillary programs  i.e. group dental, vision, life insurance and group disability insurances) .
  • primary focus will to generate interest to set appointment for outside reps by contacting management level individuals who handle benefits for specific companies.
  • Assist with Sales and occasionally go on sales calls with Reps.
  • managing a database so excellent computer skills are required!
  • professional and positive phone skills

    • REQUIRED :

  • Previous insurance industry experience ( telemarketing or sales )
