We are currently hiring an individual for our Benefits Department located on site in Mountain Top, PA.
START IMMEDIATELY!
Looking for a motivated candidate possessing excellent phone, computer and organization skills and is GOAL DRIVEN!
20.00 per hour commission
full time eligible employees are eligible to receive health insurance, 401k and ancillary benefits
SCHEDULE :
Full time (40 hr work week) Day time hours - shifts vary
position will be located in our Mountain Top office on site or HYBRID for right individual
full training provided
DETAILS :
You will reach out to businesses for companies primarily between 5 -500 in North eastern and Central PA to discuss their health insurance needs (also ancillary programs i.e. group dental, vision, life insurance and group disability insurances) .
primary focus will to generate interest to set appointment for outside reps by contacting management level individuals who handle benefits for specific companies.
Assist with Sales and occasionally go on sales calls with Reps.
managing a database so excellent computer skills are required!
professional and positive phone skills
REQUIRED :
Previous insurance industry experience ( telemarketing or sales )
