Job Description :
The Director of Sales will report to the Regional Vice President in the designated region. Activities and responsibilities include :
- Meet or exceed annual budgeted sales revenue and margin dollar performance by managing all outside salespeople, inside sales supervisors and inside sales / customer service reps.
- Meet or exceed business development goals.
- Enhance & drive company culture throughout the region.
- Manage and maintain business development pipeline.
- Ensure Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) are completed for all strategic accounts in the region.
- Manage forecasts, reporting, and annual goal setting.
- Analyze sales trends and external market influences to aid in decision making.
- Hold performance meetings with the region's sales group.
- Coach, develop, and support the regional sales group.
- Visit customers to protect existing business and support new account activity with the sales team.
- Ensure consistent process and expectations throughout the region's sales group.
- Other duties as assigned.
