Key Responsibilities:

- Insurance Liaison:
- Communicate and negotiate with insurance carriers, claims adjusters, and case managers to obtain pre-authorization for treatments, procedures, and medication.
- Keep abreast of workers' compensation laws, regulations, and fee schedules to ensure compliance and optimize reimbursement.
- Address and resolve any claim denials or disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Patient Advocacy:
