What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Assistant position at AFD Group?
IHOP Service Assistants will be responsible for courteously and cheerfully greeting/seating customers, answering the phone, taking/preparing To-Go orders, assisting in delivering food/beverage, cash handling, clearing/cleaning tables, and maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant.
This position requires you to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift, be able to lift at least and/or move up to 50 pounds, and have full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks.
IHOP Service Assistants are also required to perform duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by the acting supervisor, following governmental and company policies.
