Connect Assistant Resource, formerly LifeSquire Connect, is helping an established and growing residential home building and property management company add the next great person to their team!

Regular duties will include:
- Business and personal calendar management to support executives and their objectives, including keeping them on schedule and guarding calendar white space for project execution and creativity
- Schedule, coordinate, and prepare for meetings; collect and create support materials, take notes; and manage follow-up and action items as needed
- Serve as an organizational hub to encourage productivity and direct communication as needed, including managing physical and digital spaces, task lists, and project/idea management
- Event planning, project work, and general support in accomplishing company and personal goals as needed

In exchange for these qualities, the company is happy to offer an annual salary of $48,000-$52,000 dependent upon experience, along with a benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance, and 80 hours of PTO annually.
