Qualifications

- Create Manual test cases for product testing and analyze bugs and errors found during tests
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop test plans and test strategies for maximum test coverage
- Identify and document defects using bug tracking tools
- Work closely with product engineering team for defect resolution
- Must have experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Conduct API testing using Postman
- Create high quality reports for stakeholders
- Research and compare similar competitor products
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing (1-2 years)
- Hands on experience with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools
- Experience working with Agile teams
- Working experience with SQL, No-SQL Databases
- Experience with API testing using Postman
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great team player and able to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision
- Able to sit in front of a computer for long hours at a time
- Must live in NYC metro area – role is hybrid
