Key responsibilities include customer data conversion, system configuration, go-live transitions, or a combination of these tasks to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively and interact professionally with customers to provide a seamless implementation experience.
- Introduce customers to their assigned CSI solutions, ensuring clarity and understanding of the tools and systems.
- Define and document implementation requirements, ensuring alignment with each customer’s functional expectations.
- Stay updated on relevant products and enhancements to maintain expertise for successful customer training and system conversions.
- Assist with data migration, system configuration, and troubleshooting during the implementation process.
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience, preferably in software implementation, customer service, or technical environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, demonstrating knowledge and understanding of relevant technical concepts.
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure alignment between system capabilities and customer expectations.
- Proficiency in learning and applying new software solutions.
