IT Computer Operator

Overview
This position primarily functions as a I.T. Computer Operator for Affiliated Foods Information Technology department. The I.T. Computer Operator answers calls from staff members and customers located in over 6 different States while striving to provide first-call resolutions. This position utilizes experience and professional judgment to determine the best approach for issue resolution or escalate the issue to other staff members as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work up weekly mailers and reports to go out to customers.
• Develops a working knowledge of the computer system and telephone systems.
• Assist customers with product information, order placement, and order placement issues or order issue resolution.
• Maintains IT Operations to provide support services with the objective of delivering first-call resolutions.
• Provides SUPERIOR customer service and completes work while exercising strong work ethic and integrity.
• Assists customers in assessing their individual needs.
• Follow company policies and procedures for handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• Must be able to lift 40lbs.

Shift

Friday night 11pm-7am,

Saturday and Sunday nights 7pm-7am,

Monday night 11pm-7am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.31 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
