What You’ll Do:
As a BCBA at Affinity Autism Services, you’ll make a lasting impact by:
- Conducting assessments (like VB-MAPP) and developing customized treatment plans
- Completing Functional Assessments and designing effective Behavior Support Plans
- Supervising and training interventionists, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Providing families with guidance and training
- Collaborating with schools and other professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Maintaining BACB ethical standards and utilizing evidence-based interventions
