Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the plant to ensure production goals are met.

- Develop and manage production planning processes to align with supply chain requirements.
- Utilize systems for effective inventory management and scheduling.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Manage plant budgets, resources, and personnel effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations.
- Provide mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and improve maintenance practices.
