Responsibilities

Join as a Therapist to provide therapeutic outpatient services for adults aged 65 and older, under the supervision of licensed behavioral health providers. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and psychotherapeutic interventions to enhance clients' mental health.
• Providing a minimum of 12 hours of group therapy weekly, along with individual and family sessions.
• Implementing crisis intervention procedures and managing discharge planning.
  
  

Qualifications include an LCPC or LCSW license and a Master's in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling, with preferred behavioral health experience. Ongoing training and a supportive environment for professional growth are offered, along with a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.
