Hospice Community Liaison

Position: Hospice Business Development Representative-Affinity Hospice LLC

As a Hospice Business Development Representative, your role goes beyond traditional business development. You will be the friendly face and empathetic voice of our hospice care services, reaching out to healthcare providers, community organizations, and individuals in need. Your mission is to build genuine relationships and ensure that those facing end-of-life care challenges receive the support and comfort they deserve.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. **Building Relationships**: Reach out to healthcare facilities, physicians, nursing homes, and community groups to foster partnerships and raise awareness of our hospice services.

2. **Educating and Advocating**: Provide information and support to individuals and families facing end-of-life care decisions. Advocate for compassionate care and ensure that our services align with their needs and preferences.

3. **Collaborating with the Team**: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team, including nurses, social workers, and caregivers, to coordinate care and provide seamless support to our patients and their families.

4. **Staying Informed**: Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and community resources related to hospice care. Share insights and collaborate with the team to enhance our services and outreach efforts.

5. **Empathetic Listening**: Listen attentively to the concerns and needs of patients and families, offering empathy, support, and guidance throughout the hospice care journey.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
