We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining current accounts by conducting quarterly property visits for regional account executives within a specified market. Your primary objective will be to ensure excellent customer experiences and facilitate the smooth functioning of account management processes. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn commission by identifying and scheduling sales presentations for regional account executives, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities :

  • Quarterly Property Visits : Conduct regular property visits(PV) for assigned accounts to assess customer satisfaction, address concerns, and ensure service quality. Enter visit details accurately into the CRM system, Zoho.
  • Account Maintenance : Collaborate with regional account executives to handle the day-to-day needs of accounts, providing support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Only when this is a direct result of a PV
  • Sales Support : Identify potential sales opportunities within existing accounts and schedule sales presentations for regional account executives. Earn commission based on bringing new sales opportunities to the team.
  • Account Management : Maintain a thorough understanding of each account, their needs, and preferences. Provide personalized service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the account lifecycle.
  • Account Re-Orientation : On-board new managers as needed within the specific territory.
  • Commission-based Selling : Utilize your sales acumen and product knowledge to generate new sales opportunities, contributing to your overall compensation. One-time payouts ranging from $400 to $1,000 will be provided based on contract length. There will also be additional commission opportunity for selling GreenWay Cleans and Bulk Hauling.
  • CRM Management : Enter accurate and up-to-date information into Zoho, ensuring data integrity and ease of reporting.
  • Territory Management : Effectively manage a designated market territory, traveling to various properties as required. Some overnight travel may be necessary.
  • Expense Management : Maintain a modest expense account for fuel and customer gifts, adhering to company policies and guidelines.
  • Relationship Building : Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth account management and customer satisfaction.
  • This is an outside sales role and travel to Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky will be required.
  • Base Salary : $40,000 per year.
  • Commission Opportunities : Earn commission by identifying and scheduling sales presentations for regional account executives, with one-time payouts ranging from $400 to $1,000 based on contract length.
  • Car Allowance : Receive a car allowance of $300 to cover transportation expenses.
  • Cell Phone Allowance : $50 monthly allowance for cell phone expenses.
  • Expense Account : Access to a modest expense account for fuel and customer gifts, following company policies and guidelines.

Role Purpose :

The Customer Experience Specialist role is designed to support the regional account executives by freeing up their time, allowing them to focus on increasing sales. This position also serves as a stepping stone towards transitioning into a regional account executive role, providing valuable training and exposure to the multifamily industry.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales support roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory, including some overnight stays.
  • Multifamily experience is preferred but not required.
