Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and skilled laborer to join our demolition team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in demolition work, have a strong understanding of safety protocols, and be able to perform various tasks related to the dismantling and removal of structures. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the safe demolition of residential and commercial structures. - Operate demolition tools and equipment, such as jackhammers, saws, and excavators. - Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and removing debris. - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment. - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. - Prepare job sites by setting up barriers, signage, and other safety measures. - Inspect tools and equipment for proper functioning and report any issues. - Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to demolition and safety.
Qualifications
Previous experience in demolition, construction, or a related field preferred. - Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in demolition work. - Ability to operate machinery and power tools safely and effectively. - Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform heavy lifting. - Excellent teamwork and communication skills. - Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at different heights. A valid driver's license may be required.
