What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant/Receptionist position at Affordable Hearing Solutions?
Office environment in a Hearing Aid practice
Answering phones and placing outbound calls
Scheduling appointments in Sycle and coordinating changes
Placing product orders using online portals provided by manufacturers/providers
Receiving accounts receivable and preparing deposits. Providing documentation for each client file when paid
Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
Reliable, dependable and willing to learn is a must

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 18 per week
