Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s Outlook Calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Handle document preparation, submission, and organization.
- Coordinate CEO travel, including transportation arrangements.
- Respond to emails on behalf of the CEO
- Track project deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
- Maintain organized filing systems for quick retrieval.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Run occasional work-related errands.
Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Excel, bookkeeping, and clerical tasks (filing, data entry, document prep).
- Experience with Outlook, DocuSign, and project management tools.
