Responsibilities
- Must have a CNA
- Support clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Engage clients in social activities and companionship to promote mental well-being.
- Administer first aid as needed and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to all health and safety standards.
Skills
- Must have a CNA
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Knowledge of dementia care practices is highly desirable.
- Strong caregiving skills with a focus on compassion and empathy.
