Role Description
As Assistant Retail Manager, you'll be pivotal in driving store success through effective leadership, operational excellence, and a customer-centric approach. Responsibilities span team training, and development, fostering a positive work environment. You'll model exceptional customer service, address inquiries promptly, and enhance the shopping experience. In operational excellence, manage day-to-day operations, oversee inventory, contribute to sales targets, and implement marketing strategies. Handle cash management, supervise procedures, and participate in training. Ensure security, minimize shrinkage through audits, and manage administrative tasks. Collaborate with the Store Manager, contributing to overall store efficiency, profitability, and positive customer experience.
Qualifications

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to provide a great customer experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and supervise staff
- Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is a plus
- Proven experience in a retail environment, with previous supervisory or assistant management experience.

- Sound understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and marketing.
